HOLIDAY LIGHTS
This is our most popular service and we maintain a large clientele of satisfied repeat customers. If you would like to join our holiday light family, we can automatically provide the service for you each year – its that easy!
Our Process: We use a specific installation system and light type to ensure the best customer experience for you and perfection for your holiday home decor. If you don’t have your own lights, we can provide/sell you a commercial grade set of lights at our wholesale cost plus 10% for time and labor. We then custom build the lights to fit each detail of your home.
Roof & Moss Treatment
Recommended Annually
Warning signs of moss:
Visible decay due to the moisture that moss holds onto.
Moss holds itself to the roof using root-like structures called rhizoids. Rhizoids grow into the tiny cracks of the roof line and begin to break it apart.
Moss growing under shingles will loosen them and lead to the breakdown of roof structures.
Our process: We use a proprietary blend called Moss Off not to be confused with Moss Out. Moss Off is created locally in the Northwest and has proven to work gently yet powerfully while getting the job done. Moss Off is applied as a white powder and will sit on the roof until rain activates the moss treatment. With time, the moss will turn from green (alive) to brown (dead). Once the moss is dead it may eventually fall/blow off your roof. This is the safest and gentlest way to treat moss on a roof without causing unnecessary damage.

Gutter Cleaning

Warning signs of clogged gutters:
Water drip lines on the outside of the gutter.
A small indention or pathway carved by water in the ground near you down spouts.
When it rains you notice water pouring over the top of your gutter.
A small drip on the corner of your gutter may indicate that the gutter joints need to be re-sealed.
Our process: The severity of the gutter and downspouts will determine the method we use for the best results. We clean gutters year round and offer our best rates when you group gutter cleaning with another service. We guarantee our work for 90 days from the date of service!

Pressure Washing
Recommended annually for concrete surfaces, and every 3-5 years for home exteriors and fences.

A sticky film created by dirt, debris, and oil that cannot be removed with a garden hose.
Discoloration in your concrete from gray to dark grey or black.
Our process: Our pressure washers are directly mounted onto each of our vehicles with on-board water tanks. These custom machines meet the specific needs of our clients…and we LOVE THE RESULTS! We understand some surfaces are more delicate than others and require special care or controlled pressure to prevent unnecessary damage.
Dryer Vent Cleaning
Recommended every 1-3 years, as needed
Warning signs that your dryer vent needs to be cleaned include:
Drying times are taking longer.
Your dryer is getting hot when you’re using it and your clothes are being damaged.
You can’t see any steam or hear any noise outside your house at the wall vent when you run the dryer.
Our process: We begin by detaching your dryer from the vent so that we can access the ENTIRE length of the vent with our specialized tools. To ensure we have done our job correctly, we use an air flower meter to measure wind-speed in the vent both before and after cleaning. By using this measurement, we can accurately track building and air restriction in the vent and give you peace of mind that the vent has been thoroughly cleaned.
