DALLON

Dallon Anderson is the Manager at Master Butler Inc., where he has been with the organization for eight years. He brings a background in business, with a focus on hard work, accountability, and doing things right the first time. 

Dallon believes quality results come from showing up prepared and taking ownership of the details. Outside of work, he enjoys board games, tabletop RPGs, and getting outdoors. He and his wife have 4 kids and believe good work and good relationships are built the same way—consistently and with intention.

 
 
 

Shane

I am an Experienced Technician and have been with Master Butler for five years. I’ve always enjoyed working with my hands and take pride in transforming every house I visit into a better place.

Outside of work, I’m usually exploring the outdoors or tinkering with my own projects.

 
 
 

CONNOR

I’ve been part of the team at Master Butler Inc. since 2021. I provide a wide range of services we offer here at Master Butler, as well as small handyman work! I’ve spent my time here working hands-on in the field and learning the ins and outs of keeping homes and businesses looking their best.

I enjoy practical work, paying attention to the details, and making sure customers are happy with the results. I also enjoy building Legos and playing video games with my son, as well as spending  quality time with my wife and daughter. Every day is a little different here at Master Butler, which is ONE of the things I enjoy most about working with the team here!

I’m a dedicated technician at Master Butler in Monroe, Washington. I’m committed to precision, reliability, and delivering top-quality exterior home services. With nine months of hands-on experience, I specialize in pressure washing, roof cleaning, gutter maintenance, Christmas light installation and removal, etc., helping properties look their best year-round.

Hard work is a core value that drives me to consistently exceed expectations on every job. I approach each project with integrity, dependability, and a strong focus on client satisfaction. This foundation motivates my ongoing skill development and professional growth in the field.

My Name is Mark, and I've been a Lead Technician here at Master Butler since May of 2025.

I have worked in the construction field and in Outdoor Education with struggling teens. I live in Everett with my wife and love reading and outdoor activities such as biking, skiing and climbing.

My name is Nick, I've been a technician with Master Butler since February 2025. The team here is truly unbeatable and I love my job.

In my free time I'm an assistant coach for the Snohomish high school lacrosse team. Outside of work and coaching I have a passion for cars.
